A Bit About Me

Hi, my name is Alexandra (Ali)!


From a very young age I was introduced to athletics – artistic gymnastics, ballet and dance, synchronized swimming and then competitive swimming. Sustaining numerous injuries, I knew that I needed to find a way to continue exercising. In my quest, I found STOTT Pilates.


After only a few Pilates sessions, I could feel and see the changes in my body. My injuries were less of a burden, my core felt stronger and I was standing with better posture. I knew I would be hooked for life.


The change I felt inspired me to complete my STOTT Pilates instructors course and pass along this feeling and knowledge to my clients. I am dedicated to my own health and fitness and I apply this passion to the wellbeing of my clients.
